Key Benefits
Explosion-proof 3D scanning for mining and industry
Meets strict ATEX safety and performance standards
Enables accurate, reliable surveys in explosive atmospheres
The safe way to scan
Explosion-proof, robust, reliable: the Z+F IMAGER 5006EX
Potentially explosive environments provide unique challenges to
surveying. In a cooperation between Zoller + Fröhlich and the DMT
GmbH & Co. KG, the Z+F IMAGER 5006EX was developed – the only
explosion-proof laser scanner in the world – keeping those special
scanning requirements in mind.
The Z+F IMAGER 5006EX offers a lot of benefits which raise your
productivity and safety, and reduce costs at the same time.
ATEX certification (for details please see brochure)
100 % stand-alone (battery, PC integrated)
Battery change in explosive environment possible
Direct scanner control through built-in control panel
Scanner control via WLAN possible
Range 79 metres
Applications:
Industrial plants
Chemical plants
Mining
All potentially explosive areas
The Z+F IMAGER 5006EX has a high angle and distance measuring accuracy, like all 3D laser scanners of the Z+F IMAGER® series. The very low measurement noise guarantees, high data quality on different surfaces and large measuring distance. Even with the fastest data acquisition, the scanner scans very accurate in the millimeter range
