Cutera Enlighten SR Laser System uses a non-thermal, photo-acoustic way with ultra-short, picosecond pulse durations to create shockwaves that shatter pigments in the skin without damaging the surrounding tissue. This is an excellent laser choice for patients with darker skin types. With the ultra-short pulse durations (one trillionth of a second long), this laser is most effective at treating pigmentation whilst also inducing dermal remodelling for skin rejuvenation. This advanced laser platform has three modes of actions: tattoo removal, treatment for pigmentation (Picogenesis) and overall skin rejuvenation (Picogenesis Fx).

Pico Genesis

Pico Genesis is the latest advancement in pigmentation removal treatment that can reduce unwanted benign pigmented lesions including melasma, post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, hyperpigmentation and sunspots.
This revolutionary treatment utilises a picosecond pulse duration with 2 different wavelengths to target pigmentation in different layers of the skin and safely remove various tattoo colours.
