Olympus OmniScan SX Phased Array Flaw Detector is a lightweight, cost-efficient, single-group flaw inspection device with two-axis encoding, data archiving and conventional UT, TOFD and 16:64PR PA capabilities. OmniScan SX models are 50% smaller and 33% lighter than the flagship OmniScan MX2. Equipped with a conventional UT channel for pulse-echo, pitch-catch or TOFD inspection, the Olympus OmniScan is designed for applications like TOFD weld inspection, phased array weld inspection, corrosion mapping, component inspection and composite inspection.
