SciAps X-555 XRF Analyzer

SciAps X-555 XRF Analyzer is a handheld XRF and LIBS instrument containing a 55 kV X-ray tube for detection on elements like Ag, Cd, Sn, Sb and Ba, making it suited for RCRA applications and EPA Method 6200. Up to three automated beam settings provide performance across the periodic table from Mg to U.
